This week on Sex City—December 17. 2013

Dorianne delves into the real reasons people decide to have sex with Amy Muise, a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Toronto Department of Psychology who is conducting research into the question. She also talks to the hilarious Mallory Ortberg from The Toast, a website that marries feminism and social justice issues with humour, and has such articles as Femslash Fridays, a weekly article arguing for a same sex relationship between female characters on well-known TV shows. And she has a discussion with Lee Hicks, a trans activist, artist, and grade school teacher and with Azed Majeed, who is spearheading a documentary project about Lee as he transitions and shares the journey with his grade 6 class.
